Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Healthy plants delivered directly from the nursery to your door. Professionally grown and supplied with quality potting mixes and fertilisers and delivered by Australia Post. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with the quality of your plants on arrival, please email salesonline@enlivenplants.com.au This must be done within 24 hours of the plant’s arrival. If deemed fair we will take them back to the nursery and give you a full refund.

DELIVERY TIMES
Most deliveries are completed within 5-7 business days. All plants will be sent by express post dispatching on Monday and Tuesdays. In times of high demand, this may increase.

SHIPPING COST
Enliven delivers to the Australian states of Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia only. Shipping cost based on pot size as below

1. $22 per 125mm Pot
   
2. $44 per 180mm Pot
   

Anything outside these can be quoted on request.

Some plants have the shipping fee incorporated into the cost which will show in your basket as no shipping charge
