• Watering: Water regularly, allowing the top 2.5 cm of soil to dry out before watering again. Ensure the plant is not left in standing water to avoid root rot.
• Humidity: Prefers high humidity, ideally 60% or more. Regular misting, a humidity tray, or a humidifier can help maintain the required moisture in the air, especially in drier environments.
• Soil: Use a well-draining, airy potting mix, such as one formulated for aroids. This will ensure the roots stay healthy and prevent waterlogging.
• Fertilising: During the growing season (spring and summer), feed with a balanced, liquid fertiliser once a month. Reduce feeding in the dormant months (autumn and winter).
• Repotting: Repot every 1-2 years or when the plant outgrows its container. Choose a pot that’s 2-3 cm larger in diameter than the current one.
