Description: Homalomena Humilis Jungle Satin Variegata is a stunning tropical plant known for its lush, Elongated leaves with a velvety texture. The leaves and variegation are unique to each plant and range from a deep green, with subtle silver, Burnt Orange, vibrant Pink  or light green variegation, giving them a satin-like sheen. The variegation varies from plant to plant, creating a unique pattern on each leaf. This plant is relatively compact, making it ideal for indoor spaces, where it adds a touch of jungle-like greenery with a Luxury twist.

Care Plan:

Light:

• Prefers bright, indirect light. It can tolerate lower light levels but may lose some of its variegation in very low light. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can scorch the leaves.

Watering:

• Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Water when the top inch of soil feels dry. Overwatering can lead to root rot, so ensure the pot has good drainage.

Humidity:

• Thrives in high humidity. Aim for 60-80% humidity. If the air is too dry, consider using a humidifier or placing the plant on a humidity tray.

Temperature:

• Prefers temperatures between (18-27°C). Keep it away from cold drafts or sudden temperature changes.

Soil:

• Use a well-draining, aerated potting mix. A mix designed for aroids or a blend of peat, perlite, and orchid bark works well.

Fertilisation:

• Feed monthly during the growing season (spring and summer) with a balanced, water-soluble fertiliser diluted to half strength. Reduce feeding in the Autumn and winter.
