These Plants come bare rooted.

Monstera borsigiana ‘Albo Variegata’ is a highly sought-after climbing aroid prized for its striking white and green variegated foliage. Each leaf develops a unique pattern, ranging from marbled splashes to dramatic sectoral white areas. With support, such as a moss pole, it develops larger leaves and increasingly pronounced fenestrations as it matures.

Light
Bright, indirect light. Good light helps maintain strong variegation, but avoid harsh direct sun, particularly on white sections.

Water
Water when the top few centimetres of soil have dried. Allow excess water to drain freely and avoid keeping the soil constantly wet.

Humidity
Prefers moderate to high humidity, ideally around 50–70%.

Temperature
Best grown between 18–30°C. Protect from cold temperatures and sudden temperature changes.

Soil
Use a chunky, well-draining aroid mix containing ingredients such as orchid bark, perlite and quality potting mix.

Fertiliser
Feed with a balanced fertiliser during active growth, following the recommended application rate.

Additional Information
Provide a moss pole or other support to encourage climbing, larger leaves and mature fenestrations. Due to its white variegation, growth can be slower than an all-green Monstera. Variegation varies naturally between leaves. Toxic if ingested.
