Monstera deliciosa Aurea 'Yellow Marilyn'

Light
Bright, indirect light. Plenty of filtered light will help maintain strong variegation. Avoid prolonged direct afternoon sun, which can scorch the yellow sections of the leaves.

Water
Allow the top few centimetres of soil to dry between waterings. Water thoroughly, ensuring excess water drains away, and avoid leaving the plant sitting in water.

Humidity
Prefers moderate to high humidity (60% or higher). Higher humidity encourages larger leaves and healthy growth, though it will adapt to average indoor conditions.

Temperature
Thrives in temperatures between 18–30°C. Protect from cold drafts and temperatures below 12°C.

Soil
Use a chunky, well-draining aroid mix containing orchid bark, perlite, coco coir or peat, and quality potting mix to provide excellent drainage and airflow around the roots.

Fertiliser
Feed every 4–6 weeks during spring and summer with a balanced liquid fertiliser diluted to half strength. Reduce feeding during the cooler months.
