Please review photos carefully as  variegation is very different between plants.

Description

Monstera deliciosa 'Mint' is a rare and highly sought-after variegated form of the classic Monstera deliciosa. What sets it apart is its striking variegation: creamy-white and mint-green marbling that contrasts beautifully against the darker green of the leaf. Each leaf is uniquely patterned, often with soft speckles, splashes, or sectoral patches, making every plant a one-of-a-kind statement piece. The fenestrations (natural holes and splits) become more pronounced as the plant matures, adding to its dramatic, tropical aesthetic.

This cultivar is prized by collectors for both its beauty and its rarity, and it tends to command high prices on the market. Like other Monsteras, it develops thick aerial roots and can be trained up a totem or allowed to spread out for a lush, jungle-like appearance.

Care Plan

Light
Bright, indirect light is ideal. While it can tolerate lower light, this may reduce the intensity of variegation and slow growth. Avoid direct sun, which can scorch the lighter areas of the leaves.

Watering
Allow the top 3–5 cm of soil to dry out between waterings. Overwatering can lead to root rot, especially in variegated forms which grow slower and use less water.

Humidity
Prefers moderate to high humidity (60%+). It will tolerate average indoor humidity but thrives with added moisture in the air. Use a humidifier or pebble tray if needed.

Temperature
Keep in a warm environment between 18–28°C. Protect from cold drafts and sudden temperature changes.

Soil
Use a well-draining aroid mix – ideally containing orchid bark, perlite, charcoal, and quality potting mix. Avoid heavy or compacted soils.

Fertilising
Feed monthly during the growing season (spring to early autumn) with a balanced, liquid fertiliser diluted to half strength. Avoid over-fertilising, especially in winter.
